2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (“Registration Data”) and to promptly update it.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Services Offered

3.1 AstraGlow provides free and paid astrology-based services, including daily predictions, AI astrologer chats, numerology, and related consultations (“Services”).
3.2 These Services are for informational and spiritual guidance only and are not substitutes for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
3.3 AstraGlow does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of any prediction, advice, or remedy.
3.4 Recommendations involving yantras, mantras, gemstones, rituals, or remedies are offered in good faith. Users must exercise personal discretion.

4. User Conduct and Obligations

You agree not to:

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Chat Services with Astrologers

5.1 Currently, no live chat services are available.

6. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

6.1 All services are prepaid. Payments, once made, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 1 hour of placing the order
  • The service has not been initiated or marked as “in process”
  • A double payment for the same service is identified

6.3 No refund shall be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service or AI astrologer
  • Incorrect data provided by the user
  • User unavailability
  • Post-service complaints

6.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting transaction fees or gateway charges.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 AstraGlow is a 100% digital service. No physical shipping or delivery is involved.

8. Monitoring and Access

8.1 AstraGlow reserves the right to access user accounts to investigate complaints, ensure service quality, or resolve disputes.

13. Termination

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2 Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in Vellore under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
14.3 Courts in Vellore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters.
